ILMWALA HUB is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student's own internet connection or hardware.

7. Recordings and Learning Materials

Live classes may be recorded for educational purposes.

Unless written permission is granted, students may not:

• Record live classes.
• Redistribute recordings.
• Upload learning materials elsewhere.
• Sell or share course content.
• Copy materials for commercial use.

All educational materials remain the intellectual property of ILMWALA HUB or the respective instructor.

8. Student Portal

When using the Student Portal you agree to:

• Not access another student's account.
• Not interfere with platform security.
• Use the portal only for legitimate educational purposes.

9. Teacher Portal

Teachers using our platform agree to:

10. Acceptable Use

• Upload malicious software.

Certificates do not guarantee examination success, university admission, employment, visa approval, or professional qualification.

We cannot guarantee:

• Specific examination grades.
• IELTS band scores.
• University admissions.
• Employment opportunities.
• Visa approvals.
• Professional licensing outcomes.

Individual success depends on attendance, effort, preparation, and personal performance.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ILMWALA HUB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including service interruptions, internet outages, technical failures, or loss of data.

15. Suspension and Termination
